Only the connection/adaptability points differ — 30 for a qualifying job offer, or up to 30 from Saskatchewan ties.

Education & training (max 23)

Foreign credentials need an ECA from a designated organization (trades: Saskatchewan licensure).

Skilled work experience (max 15)

One year = 12 full months.

Language ability (max 30)

Convert IELTS, CELPIP, PTE Core or TEF scores to CLB. Native speakers exempt from testing score 0 here (Employment Offer).
